این پروژه با هدف ایجاد فضاهای مسکونی مقاوم و سازگار طراحی شده است؛ فضاهایی که توانایی واکنش در برابر شرایط اضطراری همچون پاندمی‌ها، جنگ‌ها، زلزله‌ها و سایر بحران‌ها را داشته باشند. تجربه‌های جهانی نشان داده است که اغلب الگوهای مسکونی موجود برای چنین شرایطی آماده نیستند، در حالی که قرنطینه‌ها، دورکاری و فعالیت‌های مجازی، زندگی انسان مدرن را به‌طور چشمگیری دگرگون کرده‌اند.
این پروژه فضاهای چندمنظوره‌ای را معرفی می‌کند که علاوه بر پاسخ‌گویی به نیازهای روزمره، در مواقع اضطراری نیز کارآمد هستند. یک پناهگاه زیرزمینی مجهز به تجهیزات اضطراری و انبار مواد غذایی در نظر گرفته شده است که در زمان‌های عادی می‌تواند به‌عنوان سالن اجتماعات محلی برای گردهمایی‌های خصوصی یا جلسات ماهانه ساکنان مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.
همچنین، تعبیه راه‌پله اضطراری و امکاناتی برای کنترل شیوع بیماری‌های واگیردار، حس امنیت و آمادگی همیشگی را در مجموعه تقویت می‌کند. از طریق راهبردهای هوشمندانه و انعطاف‌پذیر معماری، این پروژه کیفیت زندگی ساکنان را ارتقا می‌بخشد.

This project is designed to create resilient and adaptable residential spaces capable of responding to emergency conditions such as pandemics, wars, earthquakes, and other crises. Global experiences have shown that most existing housing models are not prepared for such situations, and lockdowns, remote working, and virtual activities have dramatically transformed modern human life. The project introduces multi-functional spaces that serve everyday needs while ensuring readiness during emergencies. An underground shelter equipped with emergency supplies and food storage is provided; in ordinary times, this space can function as a community hall for private gatherings or residents’ monthly meetings. In addition, the inclusion of an emergency staircase and features designed to control the spread of contagious diseases reinforce a sense of safety and constant preparedness throughout the complex.
